Our story begins off the coast of Napoli, where simple cooking shaped by family traditions guided every meal. Those recipes were handed down for generations and later inspired the kitchen here in Tampa. Since opening in 2017, we have grown because people connect with the calm, steady way we cook. Every dish still follows the old methods that protect the spirit of true Neapolitan food.

The heart of our kitchen is a wood-fired oven made in Napoli from the biscotto di Sorrento stone. It helps us prepare pizza with soft crust and light, airy pockets that add a gentle crunch. We rely on Italian flour and ingredients brought in from Napoli to keep each plate steady and true. These details reflect our goal to honor the region we come from while serving meals that feel honest and down-to-earth.
